-How Do I Pay For Service? All of our Pickup and Delivery customers will pay securely with a credit card on file. For everyone's security and protection delivery personnel cannot collect payments. Using a card on file you will be charged the day of your delivery.
How will be garments be picked up and delivered? Customers are set-up on a convenient Monday/Thursday schedule. Garments picked up on Monday will be delivered on Thursday and garments picked up on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. You will receive a friendly reminder text the day before your scheduled pick-up asking if you need our services If you reply YES we will stop by for your pick-up.
Are all of your services offered for Pick-up and Delivery? Yes! Our pick-up and delivery customers may take advantage of all services offered by Elite Cleaners at the same great prices. This includes household items (bedspreads, comforters, etc.) leather and suede, simple alterations and more. Coupons and discounts offered in-store will not be applied to delivery orders.
Where do I put my garments to be picked-up? If you have one of our green Elite Cleaners bags just set it on your front porch the morning of your scheduled pick-up. If you do not have a bag, no worries, a laundry bag or trash bag will work. We will always bring you a new bag when we drop off your cleaning.
What if I have a special request? Any special requests or notes can all be submitted by logging into your account.
